This is not the greatest picture, but our little Lucas made the catalogue of le top (no big surprise there), but it almost didn't happen, becuase this boy was T-I-R-E-D, by the time he got on set.  He was scheduled for two outfits and we only got one in, becuase he was D-O-N-E. But hey! At least we got one!

Well the kids should do well on the teacups at Disneyland, don't you think?  We have Aunt Katie to thank for their new favorite toy!

I think dad is really loving having the kids here in the house (we are just a side bonus hahah).  He decided to do something really special with Elijah - Make popcorn.  He let Elijah help put in the corn, and put the lid on and watch it pop. Best of all, Elijah got the whole bowl to eat by himself....until Lucas crawled up on the couch.  These two are two peas in a pod.  What fun memories these will be for all of us. I can almost guarantee that Elijah will remember this when he is older.  I just love it.

Elijah's First Day of Preschool!

Well, the day has come.  Elijah is off to school...pre-school that is!  He was SO excited this morning, when I went in to wake him up.  I said "Good morning! Somebody is going to preschool today!" to which he responded "me?!" "YES! You! You get to go to preschool today!".  He shot up and squeeled!  SO CUTE!  He was a little angel this morning (which is good, because last night he was anything but... or is it BUTT), got dressed, brushed his teeth and off to school we went, to meet Lizzie.

We got to school, took the obligatory first day of school picture, and then some more pictures once we got to Lizzie and walked (or briskly walked) in to class.

They immediately went to play, and teacher Sarah got a big hug from them both (what! these kids must have been excited, to hug a stranger) and were off.  Hardly responded when we were leaving and best of all NO TEARS! No tears for Elijah, no tears for Lucas, no tears for daddy, and especially no tears for mommy!  What a wonderful day it has started out to be. I can hardly wait to get him home and find out what it was like!

Miss Mac's 1st Birthday!

Well, indeed I failed yet again to be consistent on this poor blog. However! We have new phones and they are syncing my picutres almost up to the minute, so it should make it much easier to post. You probably don't understand that, but just trust me, that is a large part of the reason why it was taking so long to post.
Without further ado, here is your new post!

Sunday was a fun day!  We went to Erin K's little girls 1st birthday party at the city park.  McKenna and Colette (seen below) are 4 and 6 months apart from Lucas, so those kiddos had a chummy time together.  Elijah had a great time too with the rest of the cousin's and friends that are all with in 2 years of his age. We played and ate and FINALLY got to relax a little bit with our friends (side note: we are almost fully moved in to my dad's house...long story, but that is the long and the short of it - it's been stressful and tiresome, but good all at the same time).

Here are some cute pictures from the day.  Sorry there is only one of Elijah, he was off playing while Lucas was more in our line-of-sight.  Elijah's first day of pre-school is tomorrow, so you will get an eye-full on that tomorrow, and no shortage of pictures of him! HAHA!
