Here are just some pictures we have taken in the past couple of weeks.  Can you believe Elijah is already 9 months old?!  We hardly can!

I'm Getting More Hair!

Well, it's finally happening.  Elijah is getting enough hair to actually SEE!  We need a better camera to take these fine type pictures, however I think you can at least see a little bit of the hair that he is getting in!  I was even able spike it the other day! woo hoo!  Now all we are waiting for are some teeth!

Big Boy Bath!

Elijah got to take a "Big Boy Bath" today. Mostly due to my forgetting to empty the water earlier this week in his "baby bathtub" when he was sick.  I figured, 'you know what, he is crawling now, and should be just fine in the regular bathtub.  Let's just say he L-O-V-E-D it! He literally crawled in the bathtub, he swam like a beached fish.... and he kicked on his back.  He had a ball exploring the new big bath tub!  Honestly I am slightly relieved, it is a little easier this way.  The downside? I have a big, plastic, tub that I have no where to put now!  Looks like another hand-me-down for one of the babies coming this spring amongst our group of friends!

Sicky

Poor Elijah has the flu. So much for the flu shot he got three months ago.... But the bonus after all the "sickness" stuff is a sweet little precious cuddle bug. Awwwwwww.

Over the Hill and through the...Chair

Elijah is getting more adventurous with his new found freedom in crawling. He likes to take the hard road rather than the easy road. Let's just say he's ambitious and driven. Here's an example:

Wave....Hi-Hi?

About two weeks ago Elijah surprised us with a new "milestone" of sorts.  He waved Hi-Hi!  Yes, you read correctly - Hi-Hi! :)  We did not teach him how to do it, I can't even think if we have ever waved "Hi" to him. I am sure we must have.   Anyway, it's really cute, and he does it most of the time, and especially when you wave to him (which is how I got it on video).  He also LOVES to wave to Aaron to get his attention.  It's soooo cute.

He Crawled on all Fours!!!

Well it finally happened!  Elijah crawled on all fours for the first time this evening.  We think having a friction surface has really helped him, since his crawl was in the bedroom on the carpet.  He is still army crawling around on the wood, but he is doing better at trying to get his legs underneath him. Enjoy the video!

Getting up

This is more of a post to wet your pallet before the big wave comes, but look at what Elijah is doing these days....he's pulling himself up, at least to his knees. It's enough though for us to have to lower his mattress to the lowest setting! I can't believe we are already to this point it's all going do fast. :(

Christmas Wedding

We had a wedding to go to on the 23rd for a couple that is a family friend of ours.  We had a great time and took some super cute pictures of Elijah that I just had to share with you.
